BENEFITS

 Benefit Concerts
Here is a list of benefit concerts Lightfoot has donated his time and talent to over the years.  As with many lists here, it remains a "work in progress" and will continue to be updated.

Lightfoot has, true to form, always been very modest about the donation of his time to a multitude of causes.  Where some public persons have a tendancy to "milk" their appearances at benefits for all of the publicity they can generate, Lightfoot continues to do his work in a very low profile way.

Although it was not a benefit concert, Lightfoot donated $10,000 to help build an arena in Superior, Wisconsin several years ago.  And there's no telling how many other donations are made by him that never get reported.
